We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I trust with my own property. We're a family business, so if a unit isn't up to standard, that's on us, and we correct it the same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
